My mouth is still on fire from the Bolivian Picante de Pollo. It calls for 1/4 cup of Cayenne pepper….I made a half recipe so I used half…but theoretically the full recipe would have been even hotter. Luckily we had some of the Belizian rice left from last night to temper the heat from this Bolivian dish. We read some fun facts about Bolivia. Actually, I think the recipe called for 1/2 cup and I added just 1/4. NEVER again!!! Scott actually ate it. I had trouble, but did eat some…with lots of milk!!!
