Machboos, the national dish from Bahrain. It was so tasty. Took a while to make, and had to get a few ingredients but we will definitely been making it again. We all loved it. If you make it, read through the full recipe ahead of time. Make the spice mix ahead of time. Takes about 3 hours to make (if you have prepared spice mix ahead of time).
